Concept
Mantri is a restaurant project inspired by the simplicity and material honesty of Cycladic rural architecture. Whitewashed masonry, timber structures and local stone create a setting that feels rooted in the landscape and island way of life.
The design moves gradually between enclosed dining spaces, shaded courtyards and open-air terraces. Lime plaster, hand-finished wood and woven textures add warmth and tactility, while the layout allows light and breeze to move naturally through the space.
