Concept
Set within the coastal landscape of Porto Rafti, this residence combines clear geometry with warm, natural materials. Interlocking volumes, deep horizontal frames and vertical screens create privacy, shade and a changing play of light throughout the day.
Large glazed openings connect the interiors with the garden and pool area, allowing the living spaces to open fully to the outdoors. Concrete, timber and glass are used in a restrained way, giving the house a relaxed and contemporary Mediterranean character.
The architecture is designed around outdoor living, with terraces and shaded areas extending the home beyond its internal spaces.
